Snapshots from an Emily Carr group trip in the summer of 2016 to setup a remote classroom for the Triennale exhibition in Milan.

My contribution was Unfastened—the tables used in the space. I partnered with a local producer, Miocugino, while still in Vancouver to have them made, assembled, and installed. I would see them for the first time weeks later.

The tables use no hardware or glue to assemble and they rely on a standardized material, plywood, and are made with a ubiquitous manufacturing technology, cnc routing, so they can be made and used anywhere.
